Our Appointments…

We strive to stay on schedule; however, emergencies do sometimes arise.

Please help us stay on schedule by confirming your appointment and arriving ten minutes

before your scheduled appointment time.

When changing appointments, we require 24 hours notice in order to avoid a fee. If you

are going to be late, please notify us.

Payments…

Our policy is to require payment at the time of your dental treatment.

 

For your convenience we accept:

Financing Programs…

We also offer American General and Chase Finance. You may apply for these in the
office and, upon approval, they may be used for any or all of your dental fees. They may
also be used as your copayment with any insurance. Please ask about our Financing
Programs we offer.

Insurance…

We will gladly file any dental insurance; however, you are required to pay any estimated amount not covered by insurance at the time of your visit. We attempt to stay current with your benefits; however, we can never guarantee your benefits, or that the insurance company will pay for your dental care. We strongly recommend that you become familiar with your dental insurance policy, coverage and limitations.
